🔀 Auto-Segment by Email Provider

Automatically sort every contact into segments based on their email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook/Hotmail, iCloud, AOL, Proton, .edu, .gov, Other). This reassigns the segment for each contact.

🔢 Segment by Contact Number Range

Contacts are numbered by the order they were added (oldest = #1). Pick a range (e.g. 1 to 1000 or 500 to 2000) and copy those contacts into a named segment you can then send to. Ranges may overlap.

💬 Manage SMS Consent

SMS campaigns only send to contacts who have a phone number and have opted in to text messages. Use this to record SMS consent in bulk for contacts you already have documented permission from. Only active contacts with a phone number are affected, and an opt-in record is logged for each.
